ct999e accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. ct999e does not currently accept credit cards, cryptocurrency, or other currencies.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your ct999e balance within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to 2 banking hours to reflect in your account. ct999e does not apply any fee or surcharge to deposits.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be displayed in your ct999e account dashboard.
ct999e reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending verification of your identity and the source of funds in your account. Winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn once all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by ct999e are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the promotion. General conditions applicable to all ct999e bonuses are set out in this section.
Bonus funds credited to your ct999e account must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are locked in upon confirmation of the bet. ct999e reserves the right to suspend or void markets in the event of irregularities, match cancellations, or force majeure events.
In-play markets are available on selected cricket and sports events. ct999e employs a brief delay between real-world events and in-play market updates. Bets placed after the outcome of an event has been determined but before the market is suspended will be voided. ct999e's decision on in-play bet validity is final.
All casino games hosted on ct999e, including slot games and table games not operated by live dealers, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game outcomes are independent, random, and not influenced by prior results. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available upon request.
Live dealer games on ct999e are operated by licensed third-party providers. In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, ct999e will resolve the bet in accordance with the outcome recorded by the game server at the time of disconnection. ct999e accepts no liability for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side.

Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules and any verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered PKR payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.
